One of the most traditional races in the world —the San Silvestre ( NYE 5K )— arrives at the Marina of Puerto Los Cabos. In many countries such as the United States, Colombia, Spain, Argentina, and Brazil —among many others— people gather to close the year by running.

The last race of the year, and by tradition, running on December 31st becomes a ritual: closing the year with gratitude, celebration, and joy by enjoying one final 5K morning run in one of Cabo’s most stunning settings.

Runners of all levels are invited to a unique route inside a protected destination: Marina Puerto Los Cabos, the gateway to the Sea of Cortez. Along the course, you’ll find incredible views and one of the most impressive routes in Baja. The perfect start to a day of celebration and a New Year filled with renewed energy.

Términos / Terms

AVISOS, TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES – SAN SILVESTRE DEL CABO
1.Inscripciones y Reembolsos
Todas las inscripciones para la San Silvestre del Cabo son no reembolsables y no transferibles.
En caso de cancelación por causas ajenas a la organización (incluyendo, pero no limitadas a: condiciones climáticas extremas, desastres naturales, desastres sociales, disposiciones gubernamentales, situaciones de seguridad), no habrá reembolsos, cambios de evento ni compensaciones.
2.Deslinde de Responsabilidades del Venue
Puerto Los Cabos y Marina Puerto Los Cabos únicamente fungen como sede del evento.
Puerto Los Cabos no es organizador, no participa en la operación del evento y queda totalmente deslindado de cualquier incidente, accidente, lesión o situación derivada de la participación en la carrera o actividades relacionadas.
3.Responsabilidad del Participante
Cada corredor declara y acepta que participa bajo su propia responsabilidad, encontrándose en condiciones físicas y de salud adecuadas para completar la distancia.
El participante asume todos los riesgos inherentes a un evento deportivo al aire libre, incluyendo caídas, lesiones, insolación, deshidratación, contacto con vehículos, fauna local, etc.
4.Entrega de Kits
La entrega de kits se realizará únicamente el día 30 de diciembre en el horario comunicado oficialmente.
En caso de no presentarse a recoger su kit en esa fecha, no habrá entrega posterior y el participante no podrá completar la distancia. No se realizarán envíos ni entregas extemporáneas.
5.Seguridad y Pérdidas
La carrera es abierta al público.
Forcado, sponsors, comité organizador y staff no se hacen responsables por robos, extravíos o daños a pertenencias de los participantes en ruta, salida, meta o festival.
El participante es responsable de asegurar sus objetos personales.
6.Accidentes y Riesgos
Ni Forcado, ni el comité organizador, ni sponsors, ni Puerto Los Cabos se hacen responsables por accidentes, lesiones o afectaciones médicas ocurridas durante el evento o en el área del festival.
Se contará con personal de apoyo, pero la atención médica será limitada y sujeta a disponibilidad.
7.Aceptación de Términos
Al comprar una inscripción,, el participante confirma que ha leído, entendido y aceptado todos los términos y condiciones, así como cualquier actualización oficial realizada previo al evento.

NOTICES, TERMS & CONDITIONS – SAN SILVESTRE DEL CABO
1.⁠ ⁠Registration & Refund Policy
All registrations for San Silvestre del Cabo are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of cancellation due to causes beyond the control of the organizers (including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, social disturbances, government restrictions, or safety concerns), no refunds, event changes, or compensations will be issued.
2.⁠ ⁠Venue Liability Disclaimer
Puerto Los Cabos and Marina Puerto Los Cabos only serve as the venue for the event.
Puerto Los Cabos is not an organizer, does not participate in the operation of the event, and is fully released from any incident, accident, injury, or situation arising from participation in the race or any related activities.
3.⁠ ⁠Participant Responsibility
Each participant declares and accepts that they are taking part at their own risk, confirming they are in proper physical and medical condition to complete the race distance.
The participant assumes all inherent risks of an outdoor sporting event, including falls, injuries, heat exposure, dehydration, interaction with vehicles or wildlife, and any other unforeseen circumstances.
4.⁠ ⁠Race Kit Pickup
Race kits will be distributed only on December 30th during the officially communicated schedule.
If a participant does not pick up their kit on that date, no later pickups will be available, and they will not be able to complete the race distance. No shipments or delayed deliveries will be made.
5.⁠ ⁠Safety, Theft & Personal Belongings
The race is open to the public.
Forcado, sponsors, the organizing committee, and event staff are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to participants’ belongings during the race, start line, finish area, or festival.
Participants are responsible for securing their own personal items.
6.⁠ ⁠Accidents & Medical Situations
Neither Forcado, the organizing committee, sponsors, nor Puerto Los Cabos are responsible for accidents, injuries, or medical issues occurring during the event or within the festival area.
Medical support will be available, but services may be limited and subject to availability.
7.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms
By registering, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions, including any official updates made prior to the event.
